WeAreDigital is looking for a resourceful, inquisitive Technical Lead to join it’s entrepreneurial-minded, fast-growing, and award-winning team of producers, strategists, creatives, and technologists. We are seeking a unique individual that can wear many hats when it comes to the Digital space while leading the technology practice for the company. We encourage only strong experienced applicants to apply, and you must be able to think strategically, sell through ideas internally and to our clients and inspire those around you.
We're looking for a highly-skilled all round technology lead that can not only develop but also grow and manage a team and our company technology processes and requirements. This position requires both a mastery of the hands-on aspects of interactive development, as well as an ability to design solid front-end and back end architectures that integrate with other systems and technologies; and, the ability to communicate these solutions to other members of the team and our clients both verbally and in written documentation.
