You would play a lead role in stepping clients through a structured process to realise the benefits of online communities.
Essential to this role is the ability to immerse yourself in the client's business and to leverage your up-to-date understanding of online communities, internet marketing, customer research & segmentation, direct marketing and word-of-mouth marketing.
You would need to be both a thinker and a do-er - getting amongst the detail of content creation, moderation and analysis as well as the customer strategy.
