Studio Manager

Amnesia is looking for an experienced studio manager with a passion for digital innovation to join our award winning team. In this role you will help facilitate the management, fulfillment and reporting of daily, weekly and monthly staffing requests and work with senior managers on capacity planning.
Responsibilities:
• Support the success of the business by maintaining optimal resource utilization
• Staff projects with resources promptly and accurately
• Understand capabilities and interests of studio resources and factor this information into staffing decisions
• Assist leadership team with hiring plans to ensure right-sized headcount and skill distribution mix based on revenue targets and type of business that will be delivered
• Oversee the workflow and production of high-quality execution in accordance with internal procedures and client requirements
• Prepare reports showing utilisation trends and forecasts for review by the leadership team
Requirements:
• Experience as a resource manager in a consulting or agency environment with rapidly changing project needs
• Knowledge of interactive marketing projects and resource requirements across creative, user experience, media, technology, strategy and project management disciplines
• Detail-oriented working style
• Superior organisation and multi-tasking skills
• Strong communication, negotiation and leadership
• A good sense of humour :-)
